Decorative Mint Tins

• Empty mint tin
• acrylic paint
• paint brushes, sponges
• decorative items such as buttons, ribbons, pom-poms, glitter glue, family photos, scraps of wrapping paper…the list could go on and on!

Sharp Mom Steps:

1. First coat the tin with acrylic paint.
2. Next, begin decorating your tin with your decorative items. Moms, you may want to use a glue gun, but kids can apply the decorations using craft clue or glue dots.
3. Once your tin is decorated, you can use it for a first aid kit, gift card box, barrette holder, etc. Use your creativity and imagination!
