With the end of summer heat still in full effect here and back-to-school time upon all moms, a good boost from a yummy smoothie is just what you’ll need to get through the long, busy days ahead. This yummy concoction calls for blueberries and strawberries–great for reducing belly fat, boosting your immunity, and getting in your daily dose of antioxidants.

Super Summer Smoothie

Makes 1-2 8 oz servings

What You Need

Handful blueberries

3-4 strawberries

1 small container plain yogurt

1/2 cup vanilla soymilk or reduced fat milk

Fix it Fast

Blend all ingredients together until you reach desired consistency!

3-6 ice cubes
