I have a question regarding how much to pay a sitter. I have 3 small children, one being an infant. We are in the process of interviewing some potential babysitters. We do not need someone for all 3 kids all the time, but would like to have someone available to watch all 3 if needed. How much is the going rate for one child these days? How much would you offer a sitter to watch 3 kids? We don't usually leave our children with sitters so this is kind of new to us.

Thanks for any help/advice!
Trish, camom

What's the best sippy cup you have found? Everyone I know has said they have tried them all before finding one they like. Leak-free is a must...what are your suggestions?

My 10 month old has never been a great napper, but lately her naps are getting shorter, sometimes less than 1 hour. When do babies normally "drop" the morning nap? I would rather her still take 2 naps...any tips on making them longer?
