I have a question regarding how much to pay a sitter. I have 3 small children, one being an infant. We are in the process of interviewing some potential babysitters. We do not need someone for all 3 kids all the time, but would like to have someone available to watch all 3 if needed. How much is the going rate for one child these days? How much would you offer a sitter to watch 3 kids? We don't usually leave our children with sitters so this is kind of new to us.
