Anyone read this? I am reading it right now and love it! It's not a Diet book, it's about staying thin and healthy without dieting by making smarter choices. I recommend it highly! If anyone else has been following Bethenny's "Rules" for a while, or have always practiced what she writes about, do you feel it works for staying healthy?

I am actually starting to read the new valerie bertinelli book. its really good too!
